Placing an order:
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Clothmopolitan’s web site. On-line ordering is simple and convenient; simply click the “Buy Now” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

Payment & Sales Tax:
Presently, Clothmopolitan accepts PayPal transactions through our website shopping cart and credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express by phone. Money orders are also accepted through the postal service. Please contact us if you would like to purchase items with a money order.
Because Clothmopolitan operates in Washington State, we are required to collect 8% sales tax on orders shipped to a Washington State address. Those who live outside Washington will not be charged sales tax, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.
Order Status:
If you’d like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your shipping confirmation email where you will find the delivery confirmation number for the items you ordered. By visiting www.usps.com you can track your package with the delivery confirmation number. Please note that custom and international orders may take up to an additional 14 days to ship. Shipping transit times add one to three weeks depending on the item, shipping method used and destination.

International Orders:
At this time Clothmopolitan ships to Canada for the same flat rate shipping as the United States. European and Australian/New Zealand customers are welcome to place an order, and will be required to pay exact shipping on the items. International orders may take up to an additional 14 days to ship.
Security & Privacy:
Because customers and their privacy are top priority at Clothmopolitan, we use secure transaction software. All credit card orders on Clothmopolitan are processed on a secure server. Any credit card or other personal information you provide Clothmopolitan will never be sold or shared. If you prefer not to place your order online, we would be pleased to take your order by phone. Terms & Conditions:
When you place an order with Clothmopolitan, you agree to all the terms herin. Clothmopolitan may update these terms and will notify you via a prominent posting on this customer service page. Your continued use of Clothmopolitan after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for any changes.
Our rates and offerings may change from time to time. As a result, prices and availability of items are subject to change until orders are placed. When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, Clothmopolitan will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Shipping time frames are based on estimates. Clothmopolitan reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to production delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, Clothmopolitan will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
While the Clothmopolitan team works diligently to review the safety of all products, Clothmopolitan cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site.
Shipping Methods & Charges:
Clothmopolitan charges a flat rate shipping of $2 on all orders shipped to the United States and Canada. Orders are shipped First Class Mail with delivery confirmation through the US Postal Service within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Tracking information can be found at www.usps.com. Priority shipping and insurance are available and must be requested. Clothmopolitan cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that are not insured. European and Australia/New Zealand orders are charged actual shipping and make take up to 14 days additional to ship.
Returns & Exchanges:
Clothmopolitan strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Simply email or call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which is valid for 10 business days. If you return an item after the 10 business day window and/or Clothmopolitan suspects an item has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item’s purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section.
Upon receipt of your approved return, Clothmopolitan will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. (Shipping costs cannot be refunded by Clothmopolitan. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.) We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

Custom-designed items require payment in full upon order. Because these items are crafted to your specifications, Clothmopolitan cannot accept returns of custom items.
